IVR.DEV / WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy & cookies
This version of the website
IVR.dev LLC operates this website. It does not contain site-operated advertising trackers or analytics. Fonts are supplied by your device rather than requested from a third-party font service.
This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), using Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront to store and deliver the website. AWS may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information, to deliver and secure the service. See AWS’s privacy notice. There is no website sign-in, advertising tracking or analytics integration.
Contact information
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends your name, email address, selected service, enquiry text and a request identifier to AWS API Gateway and AWS Lambda. AWS Simple Email Service (SES) sends the enquiry to David at david@ivr.dev. Existing Mailgun forwarding delivers it to his Gmail inbox. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so David can respond. The form sends enquiry emails only to David; it does not send you an automatic reply.
We use this information to review and respond to your enquiry. A message saying your enquiry was accepted for sending does not guarantee inbox delivery. If delivery cannot be confirmed, you can retry or call 888-338-6433. Please do not include credentials, seed phrases, private keys, wallet files, payment-card details or identity documents in an initial enquiry.
Abuse prevention and retention
The contact service uses pseudonymous keyed hashes (HMACs), request identifiers and counters for abuse prevention and duplicate detection. Its DynamoDB records and application logs do not contain enquiry text, names, email addresses or raw IP addresses. Duplicate-detection records expire after 24 hours, and counter records expire after approximately one to two days. DynamoDB removes expired records asynchronously, so deletion can occur later than the expiry time.
The configured application and API logs are retained for 14 days and contain operational information such as request identifiers, status, latency and platform metadata. This describes those configured logs, not a universal retention limit for all AWS systems or providers. Email content is processed by SES, Mailgun and Gmail as part of delivery. The receiving mailbox has no automatic form-specific deletion schedule; enquiry emails may be retained for correspondence and business records.
For more about these service providers, see AWS’s privacy notice, Mailgun’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
The website’s code does not set advertising or analytics cookies. This website has no sign-in and does not require authentication cookies.
If you choose “Accept notice & remember,” the site saves a small acknowledgement in your browser’s local storage. This is not an advertising cookie and contains no contact-form information. It stays on this device until you use “Forget my saved acknowledgement” in cookie settings or clear the site’s browser data. “Continue without saving” dismisses the notice for the current page without storing a choice.
Cookie settings manage only this website’s saved acknowledgement. They do not control technical request processing by AWS. You can also manage stored website data in your browser settings.
