Terms of service

About this website

IVR.dev introduces services in custom software and websites, cloud contact centers, practical AI, cryptocurrency recovery and guidance, and custom LED displays. This website is operated by IVR.dev LLC.

Project agreements

Descriptions on this website are general information. Sending an enquiry does not create a service agreement or commit either party to a project. Scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities and any service-specific terms are agreed separately before work begins. A project’s written agreement governs the work it covers.

Crypto recovery

Every recovery case is reviewed individually. The fee is a percentage of the crypto recovered, determined case by case and agreed before work begins. If no crypto is recovered, there is no charge. Recovery cannot be guaranteed.

Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, authentication codes or wallet files through this website or in an initial enquiry.

Using the website

Do not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent your identity or authority over an account or asset.

Concepts and future tools

LED images labeled as concepts are renderings, not photographs of finished installations. Tools and client-area features labeled “coming soon” are not currently available.
